Yeah, yeah, I'm a meme-mooch, but this is a good one.
If your Lj pals were verbs, what would those verbs mean? How would they derive? And just how many variations on the verb 'to davywavy' will there be posted up here by the end of tomorrow?*


To puddingcat: To torment your boyfriend with the promise of a weekend pass, only to then dash it away when the possibility of it being acted upon appears. (As in: "I said I was going to the ICC and she immediately puddingcatted me")
To riksowden: The act of claiming to be a Yorkshireman when you only lived there for the first eighteen months of your life. As in: “He always Riksowdens, when in fact he grew up in Henley”)
To sollunastella: To be exasperated by the unflagging attentions of more men than would comfortably fill every orifice in your body, but who would be more than
willing to give it a go if you let them. (As in: "God, they won't leave me alone. I'm completely Sollunastella'ed")
To greebotrill: To willfully and with malice aforethought be an amazonian
redhead. (As in: “I got completely Greebotrilled up before I went out clubbing the other night")
To eddyfate: The act of staking a claim on the above (as in "I was talking to this girl, and then I got Eddyfated")
To godzuki: The act of deciding your housemate is your butler and not
letting it go for an entire year.
To ukmonty: On January 1st, to claim that one has quit smoking and drinking for good this year. This verb only becomes valid after the fourth consecutive occasion. (As in: "What's your new year resolution?" "I'm Ukmontying this year" "What? again?")
To sherbetsaucers: The act of appearing perfectly normal when you meet, but then going off into all kinds of wierdness online. (As in: "I didn't know he Sherbetsaucered until I read his LJ")
To andydavies: To grow fretful and excitable when people tell you to calm down. (As in: “It’s great entertainment. All you have to do is tell him to chill out and he spends the next half hour Andydaviesing”)
To faerierhona: To lead an lifestyle that might cause some to at least raise an eyebrow. (As in “I spent last weekend Faerierhonaing, and I won’t walk properly for a week”)
To robinbloke: The act of consuming enough sugar to kill an elephant, and thriving upon it despite all medical ideas to the contrary.
To vervain: The male derivation of the verb ‘to faerierhona”

To be completely & utterly, jammily and unexpectedly, lucky, when all common sense & statistics would suggest the opposite outcome. As in, "I was resigning myself to a night in with Razzle & a box of tissues, but then this cute goth chick took me up on my offer of a night at Rockworld. Talk about davywavying at the last minute!". Is often used in a roleplaying context, e.g. nat-20ing just in time to prevent the Big Bad killing your character.
