A quick potted history of the last few days for all the David fans out there: Saturday I walked about 15-20 miles, Sunday I ran up Mam Tor*, and Monday I went to see
jessworld before she vanished to the colonies for the forseeable future. Much food & drink was consumed by all (I sat next to
ukmonty - he's a bad influence that boy) and so my head was lighter and my body heavier by the time all was done. I also got to run into
mooncadet whom I haven't seen in about five years, which was nice.
* By "Ran up Mam Tor" I actually mean "ran about a tenth of the way up and then lay down to quietly expire of a coronary". Mam Tor being an insanely steep/high hill in Derbyshire.
