Just a few things which I like, and you should too.
1) Most Comedy Victoriana gets it badly wrong (such as Mark Gatiss' 'Lucifer Box' novel), and so it delighted me to discover the Penny Dreadfuls, whose radio show starts on BBC Radio 7 this Friday. I went to see this recorded and can confirm they're very funny. If you listen carefully you might be able to hear my raucous laughter from the audience, especially when they make jokes about Germans (sorry,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

2) My pal Morag makes jewellry, and such is its quality that I have actually paid money to commission work from her. You should too, and you can find her website here.
