Now that's what I call David, Vol. 4
Feb. 29th, 2008 09:30 amVery busy today, so I'm reposting an old one which I was reminded of yesterday.
I do like this.
Scooby Doo, Feeling fright,
In the haunted house at night,
What illegal scheme or plan,
Producing ghosts and wolfen man?
But no scary deeps or skies,
Keep thee from thy snacks and pies
On what wings dare ye aspire?
To seize the sausages from the fire?
And what shoulder, & what art,
Could firm the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
A yelp of fear, and running feet.
What the hammer? and what the chain,
Dragged by ghost for money gain?
Where the map, and what dread grasp,
Dare its deadly terrors clasp!
When Shag and Scoob threw down their snacks
And fled from fake ghostly attacks:
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who found the gold scare thee?
Scooby Doo, feeling fright,
In the haunted house at night,
We all know you will not sway
To put old Willikins away.
