Sitting in cattle class on the train at Kings Cross, a bloke gets on carrying a suitcase and looks up and down the carriage with an air of quiet awe.
"Excuse", he said in an incredibly thick accent. "This is first class, yes?"

Everyone just stared at him, obviously thinking "Blimey, you have come a long way."
