We're going to have to disagree on the housing bubble. I'm happy to say it's a boom - and there's some activity which is suggestive of a bubble (traditional price discovery mechanisms are broken) but I'm just not seeing it. Yeah, it might be an early stage bubble (in which case a central London flat will indeed be £50m by 2050), but I doubt it.
