davywavyOne of the great advantages of not owning a TV is that the quality of conversation in the Wade household reaches giddy intellectectual heights undreamed of since the salons of Alexander Pope in the late Eighteenth Century. So it was that last night the pressing question came up; if a Christopher Robin-themed film was made of Neil Gaiman's "Endless" characters, which resident of the hundred-acre-wood would play each one?
Naturally, Eeyore as Despair cast itself
I suspect Christopher Robin would be Death, as he is the one who puts the toys away in the box at the end of the day
Tigger would be destruction, as he bounces round smashing things.
Pooh Bear would be Dream, as he wanders round imagining Hunny
Piglet would be Delerium, as he trots witlessly after Pooh, going on imaginary heffalump hunts and inventing 'amusing, quirky' games like Pooh Sticks. Any suggestion that Piglet is also appropriate because Gaiman based Delerium on a goth girl is completely childish, and also my sisters idea.
Rabbit would be Desire. 'nuff said - he's a rabbit.
Owl would be Destiny, as he's the only one of them that can actually read.
Anyone any thoughts?

otherwise seems to make sense. But who would play the cameo parts like Lucifer or the Dog?
