Got into the office this morning to find we'd been burgled during the night. There goes my laptop plus the USB memory stick I'd been backing up onto, which means that my client database entries for Wade International for the last 3 weeks are all lost.

Given the assumption you have most of the stuff written down somewhere, if it's just a case of typing it all up again can you get a temp in to do it?

I'm betting your time is worth more than the mimimum wage you'd be paying for them.
