...and let's be honest - who'd miss them?

Off to Jillys with puddingcat (complete with shiny new Chrissie Hyne haircut and a look of mild surprise that we hadn't killed each other on her face), vulgarcriminal and Mr. Vulgarcriminal for The Best Night Of Clubbing I've had in simply yonks. Thanks to a music selection based on not playing anythng released since I left university I felt positively under the hill again (as opposed to my usual state of feeling over it) and thanks my my incredible ninja training I'm now fit and therefore managed to dance for longer and more enthusiastically for fewer physical injuries than I've managed in many a year.

In other news, Shrek 2 is an absolute hoot and comes with the Davy seal of approval, and I really must stop stalking women on the internet and go to bed earlier.

I reckon another trip to Jillys is called ro next month. Perhaps this time robinbloke, the_mendicant, karohemd, boog might be persuaded to come along?
For that matter, is anyone else interested in a big weekend out in manchester?

Unfortunately, I'll be in Edinburgh on 17th July and in Bath (not *the* bath, this one's far less wet) on 31st. 24th is possible, though not if you want crash space, since that's when I have to do my Big Impression of being Wildly Intellectual for the MSc. I'll certainly be up for clubbing after, but more stressed than a werewolf in Apollo 13 beforehand.

How's about we work out another weekend to do something on as well?

If you let me have the OU stuff as you write it, i'll critique, but from what I've seen you have an impressive grasp of the subject and don't have much to worry about.
I may do a weekend at stately wade manor next nmonth - possibly 3rd weeknd if I don't go to the US. If I do I'll dig out that methodology book for you. You'd be welcome to visit if you like but I'll understand if you don't.
