I get back from holiday to find that they've sold the company whilst I've been away.

Just looking at my list of people who have me on their friends lists, I notice that I've gained two new ones whilst I've been away (Hello!), but two people have dropped me off - and I can't figure out who.

Anyone? Who's droped me? And why? *snivel*

Never go on holiday.

Today has been my worst day at work for quite some time.

I made the mistakeof telling the people I work with to either email or ring me (I had my phone extended to operate in Greece and took it with me) if there were any problems whilst I was away.

Naturally, they didn't. They didn't try and solve the problems either, they just ignored them, or fluttered roundf waving their hands and wailing 'Oh, woe, whatever shall we do.'
As a result, several important clients are *very* pissed off, we've lost a lot of business, I won't get my bonus as a result, and so it looks like my planned trip to the ICC on the proceeds is off.

Let this be a lesson to me: NEVER GO ON HOLIDAY.
