March of the penguins

Went to see March of the Penguins last night with robinbloke and the_mendicant. It's charming, delightful, funny and all the other plaudits you have heard heaped upon it.
I only have one question. Why is it that when penguins hold their young protectively against their tummies and thighs for three months it is seen as loving, caring, beautiful and a testament to God's love for His creation, but when Michael Jackson acts like that we arrest him?

Yes, I'll be at Synthetic Culture on the third Friday but busy during the weekend (photo and food extravaganza with two friends).

Not sure yet about Manchester. First weekend is Glasgow and I'll probably need a weekend to process the photos from there (wedding/handfasting). Will let you know.
