Techy geek question

As search engines crawl the web, they cache sites as they look at them. Usually it's only possible to access one cache from the actual search engine page - e.g. google. Is it possible to find older caches? I'm trying to find a site which was updated on the 10th of March, and I can't find any caches older than that.
