We've currently got a teenage work experience person in our office, which is proving to be a real culture shock. Such as earlier, when we were comparing MP3 players.

I asked what they had on theirs. Their reply: "Oh, um, nothing you'd've heard of, I think. It's all modern stuff. Oh...no, hang on, I think I've got Eye of the Tiger on here somewhere."

So just make reference to things like:
* proper qualifications such as O-Levels and CSEs, rather than the mincing, namby-pamby, lowest-common-denominator exams they have now, like GCSEs
* imperial measurements and their inherent superiority to metric measurements
* what life used to be like before CCTV infiltrated everywhere

You know, that sort of stuff. Take pride in your age and make the work experience oik feel ashamed of his/her/its youth.
