I am suitably amused by my discovery that it is possible to get "Superman" logo t-shirts in XXXXXL size.
You know, for the whopping great fat bastard with delusions of grandeur in your life.

I find it distressing that there is even a shirt in that size.

Is it? I reckon cm personally. Mainly because of the length of 96 which if it were inches would make it 8ft long. And that's really not going to happen, I'm sure. Right?

Yes. Cm. It must be.

I shall keep thinking that and try not to think about people who could wear a T-Shirt that was 102 inches chest.

102cm is only 40". Not very big at all.

An excellent point. Well made. I think they are using made up units then. Since I don't believe 102cm and 102inches is just crazy crazy crazy talk... Well, more realistically following the progression downwards assuming that it remains roughly constant the XL t-shirt will be about 62" chest and the L 58", M 54" and that's sounding a bit big... Oh well, I'll just not buy one. :)

I think these numbers might refer to the rectangular dimensions of the garment laid flat, in centimetres.

That would give about 3'2 length, 6'8 circumference.

If it were made of the appropriate material, that would make a tent that sleeps two comfortably...

It's kind of you to offer, but you just aren't my type.

The biggest shirt I ever found whilst randomly searching for wierdness was 17XL, from a shop in Western Samoa.

Are you sure you didn't read about that in the Spectator? They did a feature on that about a year ago. It supplies the King of Tonga.
