Pain is just injury entering the body

As a result of spending far too much time doing high-stress computer work against an inflexible deadline being a dynamic entrepreneur, my back has locked up and so I spent a large part of last night lying on my front being vigorously pummled from behind by an overmuscled Scotsman with a Superman tattoo.
There are people on my friends list who'd pay good money to be able to say that. Then again, I've probably described the usual social life of some of them.

But anyway - an hour of professional sports massage = ow. I hurt this morning.

In other news, Ninja Master seems to have taken offense at the fact that Wudan won the British kung fu championships hands down a few months ago, and he's trying to train some of us up to take part next year. What this means is that he keeps saying things like "So, Dave, how much do you weigh? And how old are you? Hmn. Senior heavyweight category. Try and hit me."*

Heavyweight Senior? Thank you very much, Ninja Master.
