I find with women that the following sentences are also amongst those taken as implying she's overweight:

"We're running low on Broad beans."
"Could you pass the salt?"
"I thought I'd wear the red jumper tonight instead of the blue one."
"Do you mind if we watch 'Enders instead of Corrie tonight?"
"Cobden and Bright led the Anti-Corn Law league in the 1840's"
"Man is a plan that is aware of itself."
"Apres moi, le deluge."
