Well, having got back from lounging, gorging and quaffing in darkest Shropshire (robinbloke's pictures here), I'm off to rainy Manchester to pimp Glorious Davy Industries at a trade show. I'm going to stay on for a day or two extra and probably go to Kiddies Nite at jillys on Thursday before heading back for colonel_maxim's b'day do on Saturday.

Eeeh, it's all go.

Today I am nursing a thumb that was attacked by my iceskates last night - it's sore.

Today I am also bouncing around with beautiful hair. I've decided that I look great with curly/wavy hair.

Today I am also considering doing more exercise to reduce the size of my posteriour by half an inch, so that my skirts and trousers aren't so tight, by walking round the park each day. I love having such a healthy body image!

So, all in all - I'm sexy, I'm cute, I've been injurded by a boot, I'm bitchin', great hair, I've got a wonky stare!

Today was one of those days that make me think I never left the civil service. Phone calls,call backs, emails, sorting through filing, more phone calls - oh and the workmen who came to install cavity wall insulation were very sorry but they couldn't do it. The surveyor who wrote up the job omitted to put down the presence of a side building and a conservatory. Both of which required the use of scafolding, which they didn't have.But I did get lots done and I cleaned the fish tank.
