I know that the financial crisis is biting and I know that people are worried, and I know that the Bible says that in times of trouble and despair we should take solace in prayer. However, I don't think that praying for money at the feet of a golden cow is quite what God had in mind.
It's been tried before, and trust me when I say that it didn't work out so well last time.
