One of the major reasons I never bother adding people to my pals list is because most of the people I know are on my wench, puddingcat's friends list and I just use hers, because I'm lazy.

Sadly, she has recently discovered Harry Potter porn on LJ - that interests me not one jot - and her friends list is now full of Snape and Sirius Black buggering one another which drastically cuts down my access to friends LJs, and also means I have to fight through descriptions of torrid Hogwarts lovemaking to reach anything I'm interested in.

So I may have to expand my friends list. Long gone are the days that my LJ said "David Wade has no friends" (Gee, and what funny jokes were made about that).

I'm reminded by this of my previous offer to write for pals, and I think it's about time that I got some more chums. So, the old offer reapplies - when I hit the point of 65 people listing me as friends, I'll post up another gripping tale, written by me. What more could you ask?

I've told you - use the friends groups friends+1 and friends+2 after the initial URL and it'll cut out the Potter stuff.

And it's only slash, not porn.

And, more pertinently, you promised a story at 60 friends, not 65.

I have read some of the Harry Potter stuff & even posted a link - but I hadn't found the /slash at that point.. got a bit bemused afterwards - would people think I was directing them to this? still, great fun to read & wonderful idea for a RP :)
