Last minute Christmas Presents

Over the years, Waddingtons games have put out a huge number of variations of their popular 'Monopoly' game - Simpsons-themed Monopoly, Monopoly here and now, Monopoly online, Monopoly the motion picture, Wigan Monopoly* and more.

For the last minute Christmas rush, they've just introduced Political party-themed Monopoly.

Labour Government Monopoly: When Labour supporters land on a property, everyone else has to pay their rent. As the game goes on, more and more of the squares are replaced by "Go to jail".

Conservative Government Monopoly: Similar to a normal game except that the Bank is given the Electric Company, the Water Works and all four railways free at the start of the game.

Liberal Democrat Government Monopoly: Apparantly identical to a normal Monopoly set right up until you realise that every single card in the Chance deck is marked: "None".

Communist Monopoly

Everyone has the same figure, the currency is potatoes and all the board properties are exactly the same except for park lane which has wire fencing around it and gets you executed if you land on it.
All the chance cards say "You win a potato."
