davywavyBack in the gym Monday & yesterday for the first time in about 2 weeks, to be greeted by underused muscles crying out in agony and my suddenly huge tummy flopping about like a sack of blancmange on a trampoline.
Honestly, how could I have got so unfit in a fortnight? The only change there has been to my usual lifestyle is that I spendt time in the USA, eating two large meals a day at Hungry Hanks all-you-can-eat house of Carbohydrates & Saturated Fat.
I swear, my metabolism is a mystery to me.
