Blood tests results back & I'm not Diabetic like I thought I might be.

Of course, this begs the question "Why do I constantly feel so shitty?"

Food Allegies and intolerances can do this for example a common one is gluten allergy, many people do not get diagnosed to later in life, but have often had syptoms of anaemia, lathargic etc, cut gluten out of diet and have lots more energy etc.

try cutting different things out of your diet for a week at a time and see if that makes a differance

Tell me about it; I have a very limited intake of any cows' milk based product (intolerence) and completely avoid wheat (allergy) these days.

Cutting wheat out of my diet has certainly helped with some things; if nothing else my IBS doesn't kick off as much and my skin is in much better condition than it was before. One annoying aspect of a wheat allergy is that you crave wheat. For the first couple of months after I removed wheat from my diet I had intense cravings for wheat. Thankfully those cravings aren't around day-to-day... however if I smell fresh bread, or worse, toast, then they come right back again.

my mum was severally anemic for 20 yrs before something else meant that the doctors tested her for coeliacs disease

and while i love spicy food, chilli will start causing asphxiation symtoms for me,

life just aint fair.

Worth going to a dietician and getting a food allergy test done. You can test yourself for food allergies, but it's a long and slow process involving a total detox and then removing some food type from your diet and monitoring the process until you hit on the problem area - alternatively a dietician can just run a bunch of tests and tell you...

Stress and run-downedness multiplied by the odd weather patterns might be contributing to it all as well as possible food allergies. Are you still doing the sensible diet and exercise routine? Did you have any long gaps in this?
