I've never been a fan of the music to Game of Thrones as the theme never really resolves.

It only just struck me that this may be a deliberate musical joke at George RR Martin's expense.

Oh very good. As he's told HBO how it ends, in case he dies beofre he finishes the books, maybe there's another version for the last episode?
