We met at ICC 2000 when I was standing in the lobby pouting because I wanted to round up people to have dinner with. I looked like crap from the 10hr drive. Sean introduced us.

Have you heard from Prather lately? He seems to have dropped from the face of the earth?

I saw him post some time ago to some list looking to check up on Torley. Nothing since. Dunno what happened to him.

Last I heard he was a mortgage broker(!) - he offered me a job out in Seattle but I decided I didn't really want to emigrate. That wasa probably 18 months ago tho'.

I know he was booted from the Cam in *very* dodgy circumstances.

Yeah, sounded like he stepped on the wrong toes, but I don't know the whole story and both sides seemed extremely biased.
