Maybe do something to the mobile phone companies that A) allow the phones to do this and B) give away prortable speakers with their mobile phones.
Or invent an urban myth about the ipod killer, if he hears someone playing out loud one of the songs on his ipod he hunts them down and kills them for stealing the music from inside his head. He likes shitty techno-pop mostly.
