Suggestions

I've been sleeping really badly for the last few months.

Any suggestions on how to tackle this? Apart from having a clear conscience, that is.

I was gonna say that -- since giving up caffeine, I sleep loads better and feel much better during the day and am sleepy at night, but not all stretched out like you get when you've drunk too much caffeine.

Also, using your mind more (if, for example, you job isn't very challenging) will make you wanna sleep more, as might doing regular exercise. Having a routine of when you go to bed and when you get up is useful too.

I've been recently thinking on the 'using my brain more' thing; I don't seem to do so much these days, probably because of the job.
As for exercise, I'm a fervent fan of teeh D-plan diet, so that isn't really a problem.

Eat less food. take more exercise.

The 'D' stands for 'Duh'.
