I've been sleeping really badly for the last few months.

Any suggestions on how to tackle this? Apart from having a clear conscience, that is.

holistic drugs

Apart from the no caffiene late at night option, lavender on the pillow tends to help people sleep (only a couple of drops) Also there are some herbal sedatives. Chamomile is one of the mildest (and easy to get in herbal tea form) although there are others available from most health food shops.

Also recommended are exercise (and) or a bath abotu 1 hour before you are trying to get to sleep as you relax the muscles and as you cool that mimics the bodies natural pattern when fallign asleep.

Other than that theraputic massage, yoga and all that stuff is meant to help

(does it show I ended up doing my Massage qualification 'dissertation' on Insomnia?)
